Adverience LLC (hereinafter, "Adverience") is a digital platform that intermediates between users and adventure sports companies, facilitating the booking and contracting of activities.

These Terms and Conditions regulate access, navigation, and use of the Adverience platform, as well as the relationship between users and partner companies.

The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, respecting current legislation and third-party rights. Fraudulent use, identity theft, and publication of offensive or illegal content are prohibited.

Adverience acts as an intermediary, facilitating activity booking. The final contract is made between the user and the provider company, which is responsible for service provision.

• The user must provide truthful and complete data for booking management.
• Specific conditions for each activity will be informed before contracting.
• Partner companies are responsible for activity execution and safety.

• Prices shown include taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
• Payment is made through the platform using secure gateways.
• Adverience does not store bank data; management is done through certified providers.

Cancellation and refund conditions will be informed in each activity. Adverience will facilitate management, but responsibility lies with the provider company.

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the platform and current regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD).

All contents, brands, and graphic elements of Adverience are property of the company or authorized third parties. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Adverience may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published and effective from publication.
